TORONTO YOUNG NATIONALS WIN 2015 TELUS CUP

The Toronto Nationals won the 2015 TELUS Cup in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, claiming Canada’s 42nd National Midget AAA Championship with a 6-2 win over the Grenadiers de Chateauguay.

2015 – NATS ATOM WIN THE PLAYSTATION PLATINUM CUP

The Atom Nats prevailed in the first ever PlayStation Platinum Cup, co-sponsored by the GTHL and the Toronto Maple Leafs. The tournament was capped off with thrilling victories over the Vaughan Kings (semi finals) and the Don Mills Flyers.

2015 – TORONTO NATIONALS ATOMS WIN THE MARLIES FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT

The Atom Nats are off to a great start this season with a win at the Toronto Marlboros Friendship Tournament over the York Simcoe Express 5-4 in the final. The boys were an impressive 7-0 during the tournament with an average of 5.85 goals for and 1.29 goals against.

Congratulations to all the boys as well as coaches Joe Latham, Chris Malkhassian and Craig Pho for picking up this season right where they left off last season!

FEBRUARY 2015 – MINOR ATOM NATS WIN THE KRAFT CUP!

The Toronto Nationals Minor Atom team secured the Kraft Cup this season with a resounding 9-0 win on the final day of the season. The team went 29-2-2 this season with an impressive 219 goals for and 52 goals against. Our very own Garry Punchard was on hand for the trophy presentation to the boys!

Congratulations to coaches Joe Latham, Chris Malkhassian, Craig Pho and Jurij Sennecke as well as to all the entire team for the win and best of luck in the Scotiabank playoffs!

Nats 2005 Rebels Border Battle 2015 Champions

The Atom Nats had another unbeaten weekend, capturing the Superseries Border Battle hosted by the Mississauga Rebels. In doing so, they opened with a tie against Detroit Honeybaked and then went on to defeat the Minutemen Flames, Niagara North, Dallas Stars, and Detroit Little Caesars before capping it off with a 3-1 win over the Philadelphia Little Flyers, who had won their previous 59 straight games.

Well done, Nats!

Toronto Nationals Minor Atom Team Wins the Richard Bell Memorial

The Toronto Nationals Minor Atom team won the Richard Bell Memorial tournament in Oakville on December 29th with a 6-2 win over the Niagara North Stars. This is the boys third tournament win in 5 tournaments this season.

Whitby Silver Stick 2014 – Minor Atom

Nats 2005 Rebels Border Battle 2015 Champions

The Toronto Nationals Minor Atom team won the Whitby Silver Stick tournament on November 30 at the Iroquois Park Sports Centre with a 6-3 win over the Oakville Rangers. The tournament had some impressive competition from both sides of the border with 3 of the top 5 teams in Ontario as well as 3 of the top 5 teams from the United States in attendance.
